Below is a picture of the Swish screen.  At the top you will see the timeline.  On the lower left you will see the outline of the "movie".  In the center bottom is the visual representation of whatever you highlight in the outline.  To the right on the bottom at the action panels.  Swish is more "imovie" like.  It has a slightly more simple and intuitive approach to design of "Flash" movies.
