Director of the Geo-Literacy
Project
Bio I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of California at Davis and has taught for 20 years in the San Juan Unified School District. I have a Masters in Educational Technology. I also have additional specialized training in technology from California State University at San Bernadino, University of the Pacific, Microsoft Corporation, and Novelle Corporation. I am a member lifetime of Phi Kappa Phi academic honor society. In addition, I hold credentials in Elementary Education, Computers, Concepts and Applications, Administrative Early Childhood Program Management, Crosscultural, Language and Academic Development, Social Studies, Art, and Project Management International. I also hold technical certifications from Novelle and Microsoft. I am currently working on a Doctorate in online training. I have worked with the California Technology Assistance Project (CTAP), Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE), and Portland State training teachers and developing online learning resources. I have also written many successful technology grants for the California Technology Assistance Program, Technology Learning Program, EDS...and many more. |
