Director

Responsible for the whole production.  Do we shoot indoors or outdoors?  Is the talent doing their lines correctly?  Are the props correct and in place?

Camera Person

Works closely with the Director and needs to concentrate on finding the best shot.  Needs to be sure technical concerns like lighting and audio are done correctly.

Casting

Your video will only be as good as your talent.  Hold auditions for the parts.  Sometimes the Directors will choose, sometimes a group will choose.

	Costume design.
	Prop Assembly
	Makeup Artists

Rehearsing

Run through each shot several times to make sure to iron out the wrinkles before a final taping.  Everything has to be right on you recording.
